Tick off what you already have in place and take note what needs attention.
✨ 1. Clarity & Vision
I have a clear vision of what I want my business (and life) to look like
I know who my ideal client is and how I help them
I feel connected to why I started this business
I can describe my main offer in one clear sentence
Why it matters: Without clarity, it’s easy to get stuck in comparison or confusion. A clear vision helps you make aligned decisions faster and with less stress.
🧰 2. Structure & Strategy
I have set working hours or energy-based boundaries
I know my income goal for the next 3–6 months
I have a simple system for tracking leads, sales, or tasks
I have a way to bring in clients consistently (even if small-scale)
Why it matters: Hustle isn’t sustainable but structure is. A few clear systems can save you hours each week and keep your business growing without draining you.
💸 3. Offer & Income Alignment
My pricing reflects the value of my time, not just my time
I know how many clients/sales I need to meet my monthly income goal
I feel excited (not drained) by my current offers
I’ve got a plan for increasing income without increasing hours
Why it matters: If your business feels heavy, it might be your offer or pricing. When your work lights you up and pays you well, you can grow sustainably.
🧠 4. Mindset & Energy
I know the early signs of stress or overwhelm in my body
I have tools or habits that help me reset and recharge
I feel emotionally safe marketing or being visible
I trust that I can build this business in my own way
Why it matters: Nervous system safety is a game-changer. When you feel safe, supported and centred, you make clearer decisions and avoid burnout.

Why it matters: You don’t need to be everywhere you just need to communicate clearly and consistently. Marketing becomes easier when you’re clear on your message.
