From July 2026, Avondale Radio will also be broadcasting on DAB+, meaning your business will reach more listeners than ever.

for the past year. All shows can be heard via the stations Listen again feature at:

How You Can Be Heard
• Shows are live broadcast AND available on Listen Again with over 300,000 listeners per month
• Accessible via the Avondale Radio website and the Avondale Radio app
• From July 2026, Avondale Radio will broadcast on DAB+, increasing listeners
• Being listed under "A", it will appear right at the start of the station list
What You Get
Radio Features
• Interview on Women's Work relaxed, comfortable format to explain and highlight your
business
• Choose a few music tracks that reflect your business or personality (female artists/singer-
songwriters preferred but not required)
• Short soundbites added to shows as often as practical
• Special offers & promotions highlighted by the presenter whenever notified
• Interviews conducted in person or via Zoom, at a mutually agreed time (not limited to
office hours)
Interview Frequency
• Determined by the number of businesses signed up
• Over the past year, each business has received a minimum of 2 lengthy interview slots
• Additional slots available to highlight any business changes or updates
Online Presence
• Featured on the Avondale Radio website with agreed written material, graphics, and a link
to your website
• Listed on a dedicated LBMN Business Directory page
Events & Community Outreach
• Avondale Radio will create space at local events (e.g. Gala Days, Strathaven Balloon
Festival)
• Businesses can display promotional material and attend in person on a rota basis
throughout the day. (This is really good fun and both busy events particularly Balloon
festival !!!)
Important Terms
• The overarching sponsor is Lanarkshire Boss Mums Network
• Any business that leaves LBMN will no longer receive these benefits
• No refunds will be issued by Avondale upon leaving LBMN
