Cancellation Policy
Boss Mum Alignemnt Hour – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Alignment Hour session. • Sessions are booked via the website. • Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and Zoom (or in-person) information. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • I get that life happens, You may reschedule your session, but please try and give as much notice as possible. • In the unlikely event that Lisa needs to reschedule, you’ll be offered a new date or a full refund. 3. Session Format • Alignment Hours are 60-minute focused sessions designed to give you clarity, direction, and actionable steps in your business. • Please arrive prepared with your main focus or topic so we can make the best use of your time together. • Notes, follow-up actions, or resources (if included) will be shared within 48 hours after your session. 4. Late Arrival Policy • If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show and will not be refunded. 5. Refund Policy • Alignment Hours are non-refundable once delivered. • Refunds will only be provided if Lisa is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances. 6. Responsibility & Results • Alignment Hours are designed to provide coaching, strategy, and practical support, but results depend on your own actions and implementation. • Lisa Roy cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. 7. Confidentiality • All discussions during the Alignment Hour are strictly confidential. • Any notes or information shared by you will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 8. Use of Materials • Any materials, tools, or templates shared during the session are for personal use only and may not be copied, sold, or distributed. 9. Conduct • Sessions are a positive and supportive space. Any disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the session being terminated without refund. 10. Agreement By booking a Alignment Hour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
