Wilma’s extensive experience in building brands, mentoring others and her commitment to relationships has led her to an exciting career travelling the world with a range of brands including Versace, Estée Lauder, Dolce & Gabbana, and Arran Sense of Scotland, to name just a few.
After 25 years of creating successful sales and marketing strategies and building dynamic teams, Wilma launched her own consultancy, RISE Business Growth, in 2015.
Recognising a new era in the wellness industry, she recently became a Lifestyle Consultant with TEMPLESPA in 2024. Providing education and enriching experiences to individuals and organisations, prioritising the well-being of their most valuable asset—their people.
