Why this community exists

I'm Lisa Roy Pilates and Yoga teacher, business coach, and founder of this network. I built it because I lived the gap it fills.

I left a senior nursing career when I became a mum, built a wellness business from scratch during one of the hardest periods of my life, and then in 2024 looked around Lanarkshire and realised there was no community that truly got what it means to be a mum in business here. So I created one.

My coaching blends real business experience with wellbeing tools because I've never believed you can separate how you feel from how you perform.
